Lyrics of " THE LAST TIME" by Eric Benet

The first time i fell in love was long ago. I didn't know how to give my love at all. The next time i settled for what felt so close. But without romance you're never gonna fall. After everything i've learned, now its finally my turn. This is the last time i'll fall in love...

The first time we walked under that starry sky, there was a moment when everything was clear. I didn't need to ask or even wonder why, because each question is answered when your near.

and i'm wise enough to know when a miracle unfolds, this is the last time i'll fall in love. Now dont hold back, just let me know. Could i be moving much too fast or way too slow. 'Cause all my life, i've waited for this day. To find that once in a lifetime, this is it, i'll never be the same.

You'll never know what it's taken me to say these words. And now that i've said them, they could never be enough. As far as i can see, there's only you and only me. This is the last time i'll fall in love.

Blog EntryHow to be a PLANNER?Apr 7, '08 9:43 AM
for everyone

Planning a wedding is not a joke! You need the brains and the gutts to do all the planning. you also need the strength to do a night shifts when the wedding is approaching. puyatan to the max!

How we started to be a wedding planner?? just a hobby dear hehehe... and inspired by the movie the "Wedding Planner" ( by Jenifer Lopez ). Here's a brief history how we became HAPPY THOUGHTS... It all started when we talked about our hobbies which is organizing events and decorating stuffs. Afterwards a little connection made our dream into a big reality, this was when we handled our first wedding in pasig last 2006, then projects came rolling our log book. We made our big profit when we decided to open a small flower shop during the all souls day, during the same year also. With orders from our connections we really made a bang on our first year!

Without any background in the course of wedding planning what we did is we read articles and researched on how to handle weddings. Who would have thought that a mass com graduate from FEU, an undergrad physical therapist from FEU/Dominican college and a Behavioral Science from UST would start this growing company of coordinating and flower arranging. And with new member of our company a graduate from DLSU would now really make the HAPPY THOUGHTS a talked of the town coordinating company.

It wasn't easy to start this business. We first focused on arranging flowers then slowly introduced to our clients that we do coordination. A lot adjustments was made like doing flower bargains, choosing the right flowers to use, practice our communication skills through talking with clients, choosing the right materials needed and staying up late in arranging flowers.

Being a Wedding Planner is really difficult and a challenging job, but after that, you'll realize that you did something good by making people happy!

Its june and what does this mean? its the month of wedding! wedding, wedding wedding... but have you ever wonder why was June chosen as the marrying month, and not other month? actually this June month does not fit the Philippines as its marrying month. hmp...

Well traditions says that the choosing of the month of June as the marrying month was started by the westerners hehehe. because during this month its their spring month, which obviously means that flowers bloom. Experts also says... with this i mean the scientists hehe, animals do their mating thingy hehehe. you know mate... in other words having the hot steamy ... sensor,. So that is why June is made as the marrying month. In the Philippines on the other hand it does rain..., sadly not petals, but showering water, or i mean pouring water...  which could lead to flooding waters whew! and who would have to have their wedding with that kind of storm? hahaha. although old people say its a blessing, yup your right blessing to be wet and get sick. If you asked me to pick your wedding month what i could suggest is to choose the months of September, October, December, January or May, with this months i think would make your wedding a memorable one, and not only that beautiful flowers can be use to decorate your special event. How would i know? let me give you a background of motifs for you to imagine and for you to choose in the given suggested wedding months here in the Philippines.

September/October; Play the colors of red, yellow and orange. It would look nicer if we  play in the dark shades of red to orange, but not to worry of mixing the two dark shades, because  we will use yellow, to give lighter shade. flowers that can be used here are Roses, mums, gerbera, carnation and yellow dancing ladies. Isn't that a wow? play with the Halloween colors or the colors of autumn.

December/ January; colors that can be used are white, red, pink and lavender. which suits the cold climate of the Philippines. Flowers for the wedding that we could use are Lilies, carnation, Roses, mums, orchids and tulips. In this month we use the more classic colors, like a monotonous colors or mixture or two colors only.

March/April: This months could also be choice to be married, although with its hot climate you have to choose lighter colors such as yellow, light orange, white, light red, mint green. flowers which can be used are pompoms, lilies, roses, mums or if you want it to be exotic you could go for the tropical flowers or plants.

May is known to be the Philippines spring month wherein flowers bloom during this month, any colors would fit this month, but suggestion, avoid choosing dark colors because sometimes we still encounter hot weathers during this month. any flowers fit during this time of the year, you could also have the tropical flowers if you wish.

No matter what month, day you choose the very important thing you have to remember is to love one another, you should not rush yourself. marriage is not an easy job is a task to be done not only by you but you and your partner, work as a couple. Learn how to work with each other, put God at the center of your relationship always!

Love and give.

Blog EntryCoordinating a weddingJun 18, '07 7:47 AM
for everyone

How do we coordinators make a wedding memorable? the secret is... having a good conversation with our clients. making a good connection with our clients is important. because we believe that we the coordinators are just helpers in making your wedding or any event possible, we are just a tool in bringing up your dream into a reality.

It really is a big tough job to coordinate an event, first thing you have to do is meet and know you client. you have to know tidbits of information or the background of your client, for you to know or suit the proper things needed. After knowing them or picking info about your client, you have to ask them what they want or what they dream to have for their event and ask them the budget they have for you to work on it and in order not to over price your client. after knowing what they want, now its time to plann things or make the time table. The time table will help you work on time, this will help you prevent from cramming on things before the big day.

Picking or buying the right things for the event is also important. Thats why it is important to set a date with your client in picking the right photographers, setting dates for free pictorials, food tasting, hotel scouting or venue scouting, make up testing and choosing the right wedding gown or choosing the right cloth for your dream gown. fitting your wedding gown is not a big NO no... i repeat... you could fit your gown for you to know what to repair before the day it self, so that it would be a perfect fit and it would not ruin your special day.

Relaxation is needed by the client that is why coordinators are here. leave it all to us coordinators. for the client not to look haggard and look stress and for them to enjoy their special day let the coordinator work! while you the clients relax and enjoy everything.

the price in coordinating events is:

full coordination:            P 70,000

half coordination:           P 50,000

day itself coordination:   P 25,000
